How long will it take to receive my order?
At The Chic Nest, our aim is to get your order out to you as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch your order the same day you order where possible. Monday – Friday orders placed before 3pm EST will be dispatched the same day. On weekends or after 3pm EST, we aim to dispatch orders the next business day. We also will not make an item available for sale unless it is physically present within our own warehouse. In some instances, on very popular items that we don't wish to remove from our site, the option to backorder (we will display the date that the product is expected back in stock) will be available.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on where you live as below:
Australian Metropolitan Areas 2-7 Business days
NSW/VIC/SA/WA/QLD Regional Areas 3-9 Business days
NT/TAS Regional Areas 5-9 Business days
Need your order urgently?
If you need to have your order delivered faster than our delivery guidelines above, we can organise to send it via Express Post for an additional fee. Contact us either by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone on 1300 887 931.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
Yes, we deliver to any address within Australia.
Can I track my order once it has been sent?
Yes, within one business day of finalising your order, you will receive an email containing your order tracking number and a link to track where your parcel is at.
How can I return an item to you?

How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received your return and confirmed that the item(s) are unused, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging we will process your refund (if you have not selected to receive 110% store credit) the next business day.
Once you receive our email notification confirming your return refund, your money will appear in your nominated account in approximately 1-7 days (unfortunately this time frame is due to inter-bank processing times!).
Is it safe to use my credit card on thechicnest.com.au?
Yes! The Chic Nest understands that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. We use globally accepted best practice electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorised access.
What are cookies? Do I need to enable them?

How do I create an account at The Chic nest?
You can create an account using an email address. Click on ‘log-in’ at the top of the screen and select the ‘Create Account’ button, you will be directed to enter the information required to create your account.

By creating an account with The Chic Nest you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, view your wishlist and view and track your orders in your account.
Do you deliver overseas?
The Chic Nest will deliver to other countries for an additional delivery charge. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to organise a shipping quote. We will provide you with a cost to ship the products to you and then it will be your responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. The Chic Nest accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information. We will not charge you Australian GST.
