How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, generally within 1–2 business days. During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.
How much is delivery within Australia?
Standard shipping is $8.95, or FREE for orders over $100. Express Post is available for $14.95.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes! We deliver Australia-wide via Australia Post, including to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Do you deliver to New Zealand?
Yes. We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. New Zealand shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges that may apply in New Zealand. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I send a gift directly to someone?
Absolutely! We can send your gift directly to the recipient and we don't include prices, receipts or invoices in the parcel. Your invoice is emailed directly to you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer FREE gift wrapping and a personalised gift message. Simply add your gift message when ordering and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned or exchanged through our easy online Returns Portal within 30 days of your order being fulfilled.
Can I exchange for something different?
Yes! You can exchange your item for another product from across The Chic Nest range through our Returns Portal. You'll also receive an extra 5% exchange credit to put towards your new item.
Can I choose store credit instead?
Yes. Choose store credit for an eligible return and you'll receive an extra 5% bonus credit to spend at The Chic Nest.
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?
Please submit a request through our Returns Portal and select the appropriate return reason. We may ask you to provide photos so we can quickly assess the issue and arrange the best solution for you.
