Delivery is free for orders over $100 and a flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $100, to anywhere in Australia. We also offer an Express Post delivery option for $10.95 to anywhere in Australia.
We deliver to any Australian address, PO Box or Parcel Locker. We deliver all our online homewares orders to you via Australia Post Parcel Service. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days however during peak periods delays may occur. The Chic Nest uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from our nest to yours, to ensure your items arrive in the same condition as when they left us.
Breakages or Damaged Items At The Chic Nest our aim is to provide our customers with online homewares products of the highest standard and quality. We take full responsibility for ensuring that your products arrive in the condition that they left us. Although we pack all items carefully to ensure they travel safely, If you do receive an item which has been broken or damaged during transit, or is faulty for any reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item on 1300 887 931 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can quickly organise to send you a replacement product or a full refund if you choose.
Australia Post Deliveries: If you are not home at the time of delivery of your order, the Australia Post driver will look for a safe location to leave your parcel. If a safe location cannot be found, the delivery driver will leave a note to you stating which Australia Post outlet you can collect your parcel from and the time when it will be available to collect. Once your order has been finalised, you will receive an order confirmation email which also includes a tracking number, allowing you to track your parcel through the Australia Post tracking service.

This helps us to get your goods out to you as soon as possible. If you need to make changes to your order please call us urgently on 1300 887 931. If we haven’t sent the order yet, we will always do our best to assist in changing any details of your order.
International Postage It is the purchaser's responsibility to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. You are wholly responsible and liable for these charges. The Chic Nest accepts no responsibility for any additional charges and cannot accept a return and refund of those goods if the charges are not paid. Please refer to your local customs authority for more information.
Lost Packages If you have tracked and checked for your parcel and believe it to be lost, please contact us on 1300 887 931 within fifteen days of dispatch, in order for a store credit or refund (if applicable) to be issued. If the package has the correct delivery information and has been deemed 'lost' after an Australia Post Investigation, we will replace the items or issue a store credit. If we are unable to source replacement items due to these no longer being available for whatever reason, a refund will be processed for the unavailable items and postage costs, if applicable. You must contact The Chic Nest within 15 days of dispatch, if your package has not arrived otherwise no store credit or refund (if applicable) will be available.
PayPal is a way of sending money quickly and securely. It's free within Australian when you use your linked bank account or PayPal balance. PayPal keep your financial information securely encrypted so you can pay online with confidence. When you link all your credit cards and bank accounts you can choose which one you want to use when checking out. PayPal gives you the flexibility to make payments from a Mastercard, Visa, American Express as well as a PayPal account.
Customer credit card details are collected at each order and are never stored on the web server in any format. This eliminates the risk of customer's financial information being accessed by any third-party. The payment process is protected by industry standard 128 bit SSL (SecureSocket Layer) encryption between the customer's browser and the chic nest website and again between the chic nest site and the payment gateway.
Afterpay is a third party payment option which provides an installment plan allowing you to pay for your purchase across four equal installments over 6 weeks. You'll pay your first instalment at the time of purchase, and the remainder every two weeks.
After checkout the order will be dispatched as normal. You can log into Afterpay at anytime and make a payment earlier than the scheduled one, otherwise the payment will automatically be deducted fortnightly.
Afterpay doesn’t apply a fee when purchasing, the only time a fee will be applied is if a payment has been missed.
zipPay is a third party payment option that provides you with a reusable account of up to $1000, letting you shop now and pay later. There is no upfront payments and it is interest free. You are allowed as many purchases as you like, up to your account limit. You can then set up flexible repayments to suit your lifestyle. It is easy to apply via zipPay and can be approved for up to $1000.
There is no establishment fee to setup your zipPay account and there is no interest ever. If you have repaid your balance in full within 30 days you will never be charged any fees. Additionally, once you have paid your balance down to $0, no fees will ever be charged to your account - it will simply remain open waiting for you to use again to make additional purchases.
At the end of every billing month, you can choose to pay off your balance in full, or simply make a payment that suits your budget. There is a minimum repayment of $40 per month required, this will come from your linked debit card on the last day of each month. There is a $6 monthly account fee, this monthly fee is waived if your closing balance is paid by the due date. If you don't meet your monthly repayment, a $5 late fee may apply.
